Hi You Guys!

One of my favorite places in the entire world, is Gambier Island B.C. My family has a cabin there, and we have been going every Summer for as long as I can remember. It is the most beautiful and relaxing place in the world.

I love going up there, bringing as many books as I can carry, and just escaping the city/social media/internet.. for a few days. The cell reception/wireless/LTE situation up there isn’t ideal, and we are basically almost cut-off. I mean if you walk down by the water you can get a small amount of Internet.. enough to upload a few photos/check your text. There isn’t nearly a good enough signal for Netflix/You-Tube or anything.. which is such a nice escape. I really feel like I can shut down and re-charge up there.

Everyone in my family has such a busy life, that we all jump at any free weekends we have throughout the Summer, and just try everything we can to get up there. When we all end up there together, it’s perfect. So many incredible memories are made there.. it’s the most nostalgic place in the world.

We went up for probably the last time this Summer, and it was the most fun thing.

See you all soon with my August Wrap Up & few other little blog posts! I can’t believe it’s almost SEPTEMBER. Fall is my favorite Season, so I hate to admit I’m kind of excited.
